U.A. High School has a program people with superpowers (known as Quirks) can learn to utilize this power and fight against villains. And with 80% of the population being Quirks, the population is manifested with extraordinary power. However, Izuku Midoriya is a Quirkless with no powers. Still, he dreams of becoming a hero and becoming part of U.A. Hish's Hero Program, which suddenly has a chance of becoming true when he meets All Might, the greatest hero of all time.
